What is NCF’s Governance structure?

The Trustee of the Fund is the Community Foundation Network Ltd.

The Melbourne Community Foundation (MCF) Board of Directors is the governing body of the Trustee and its Funds.

KPMG acts as probono auditor of the National Community Foundation’s Trust fund, in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001. Annual Reports and financial statements are publically available.

The investment is governed by MCF’s Finance and Investment Committee, under delegation from the Board. The Committee, comprising both MCF Directors and external industry experts, is responsible for ensuring the Investment Policy and Guidelines are followed.

The investment management is undertaken by MCF’s investment partner, Carnbrea and Co. and overseen by the Finance and Investment Committee.
